Mr. and Mrs. Tom Wallace enter
tained with a beautiful dinner at
their home Friday for Dr. and
Mrs. E. M. Green of Danville, Ky.
The table decorations all suggested
the Christmas season; the centerpiece
being a minature Christmas tree dec
orated with silver tinsel and tiny
Christmas bells. Suspended from the
tree were small packages tied with
presents for each of the guests.
The place cards were hand paint
ed Santa Claus descending a brick
chimney with a well filled pack.
Those present were Dr. and Mrs.
Green, Mrs. Campbell Wallace, Mr.
and Mrs George Montgomery, Mrs.
C. W. DuPre and Mrs. Campbell Val

Greely Duncan were married by Rev.
George Crow at the bride’s home
on Lemon street Wednesday Dec. 11
in the presence of the two families
only. After the ceremony the couple
went to Atlanta and spent a few
days with relatives.
Mr. and Mrs. Duncan will be at
home on their farm near town next
year and their two sisters Alma and
.Buna Hyde, will live with them.
Every friend of this sweet and pret
ty bride wishes her all the happiness
life can bring and congratulate her
husband upon his good fortune in
winning her.
