of land described as follows: Being
twenty acres, more or less, of lot of
land No. 745, in the 17th, District and
Second Section of Ccbb County, Geor
gia, being all of the remaining portion
of said lot not heretofore sold off to
D. T. King by F. M. King, consisting
of ten acres on the north side oi said
lot, and ten acres heretofore sold otf‘
the south side of sad lot to ®. K Gil-‘
bert by F. M. King, said property's '~
in the shape of a rectangle bounded
on the east and west by original line
of said lot and on the north by prop
erty formerly sold by F. M. King to
D. T. King and on the south by the
property formerly sold to R. K. Gilbert

lot except two ten acre tracts above

purpose of paying the debts and dis
tribution among the heirs of F. M.

pose of division among the legatees in
accordance with the provisions of the
will of the deceased.
