forty acres, more or less, reserving
two acres at the fish pond;

one acre for the cemetery.

94, containing twenty acres more or
less:
Lot of land No. 104, containing
forty acres, more or less;
Lot of land No. 105, containing

ed lands are situated in the ITth
District and 2nd Section of Cobb
County, Georgia.
Lot of land No. 1073, containing
forty acres, more or less;
Lot of land No. 1149, containing
forty acres, more or less;
These last two lots situated in
the 19th District and 2nd Section
of Cobb County, Georgia.
Also part of land lot No. 1076, in
the 16th district and 2nd section of
said county, situated on the west
side of street running from the Ma
rietta Knitting Mills to the Kenne
saw Marble Works, located, de
scribed and bounded as follows: Be
ginning at the northeast corner of
the lot of John McAfee, on the west
side of said street, and thence run
ning north along said street 128
feet, to corner at street; thence west
along said street 270 feet, to the
property of Dave Reed; thence in a
southwesterly direction along said
Reed’s line 148 feet; thence easterly
328 feet, to starting point.
Also another parcel of said lot
1076, beginning at a rock corner at
the southwest corner of said John
McAfee's lot, and thence running
westerly along the Burnap property
264 feet, to the right-of-way of the
Louisville and Nashville Railroad
<Company: thence in a northeasterly
direction alone said right-of-way a
«listance of 246 feet, to a street,
thence easterly along said street 73
feet, more or less, to Dave Reed's
lot; thence in a southwesterly di
rection along the west line of said
Reed’'s lot a distance of 148 feet,
more or less, to his southwest cor
ner; thence easterly along his south
line to the northwest corner of said
McAfee's lot 140 feet, more or less,
-and thence south along said Mec-
Afee's line to the starting point.
Also a strip of land 200 feet wide,
measuring 100 feet each way from
the center of the old track of the
Southern Railway Company and ex
tending along the old line of said
Southern Railway through lots of
land Nos. 112, 177, 184 and 185, in
the 17th district and 2nd section of
said county. The portion of said
strip in lots 112 and 177, containing
eight acres, more or less, will be sold
as one parcel, and the strip in lots
184 and 185, containing 6 1-2 acres,
more or less, will be sold as one
parcel.
Said land will be soild in separate
parcels as above listed. Lot No. 34
is largely within the corporate limits
of the town of Mableton and Lot No.
1073 is near Floyd's Station, on the
Seaboard Air Line Ry. The entire
#ract is valuable farming lands, con
wveniently located to railroads, towns
and markets. They are capable
of subdivision. Parties interested
should call on the Executor, who

from date of sale at the rate of 8
per cent. per annum, with option to

pose of distribution among the
legatees of said deceased.

ADMINSTRATORS SALE
GEORGIA-—Cobb County.
By virtue of an order from the
Court of Ordinary of said county,
granted at the regular April term,
1913, T will sell, before the Court
House door, in said county, on the
first Tuesday in December, 1913,
within the legal hours of sale, to the
highest bidder, the following de
scribed real estate, to-wit: :
Being land lots Nos. 1063 and
1064, containing forty acres each,
more or less; also land lot No. 1084,
except ten acres off the southeast
corner sold to Anton Moe; also the
northeast half of land lot No. 1083,
consisting of twenty acres, more or
less, the entire tract consisting of
128 acres, more or less, and all sit
uated in the 19th district and 2nd
section of Cobb county, Georgia.
This property is sold subject to a
loan deed heretofore given by Aaron
Johanson during his lifetime to
John Hancock Mutual Life Insur
ance Company to secure a loan of
$1,200.00, with interest at 6 per
cent. per annum. The purchaser is
to have the right to pay off the loan
and have warrantee deed made or to
assume the loan above mentioned.
The terms of the balance purchase
price is to be cash.
Said property is sold as the prop
erty of Aaron Johanson, late of Cobb
county, deceased, and sold for the
purpose of paying the debts and dis
tribution among the heirs of said es
tate.
