Court of Ordinary of Fulton County,
Georgia, granted at the March Term,
1914, will be sold before the Court
House door of said county, on the
first Tuesday in May next, within
the legal hours of sale, the following
property of the estate of Adolphus
McKenzie, a lunatic, to-wit:
A one-fifth interest in lots of land
number 1052, 1053, 1051, and also
fractional parts of lot number 1050,
1009, 1070, 1072 and 1082 of 17th
district and second section of Cobh
County, Georgia, bounded as fol
lows: On the south by Chattahoo
chee river and the east by Chatta
hoochee river; on the north by John
S. Owens; on the west by W. A. Bas
well, containing 160 acres more or
less.

BOND ELECTION IN ROSWELL, GA
The qualified voters of the town of
Roswell, in the county of Cobb State
of Georgia, are hereby notified that
an election will be held in said town,
at the usual place of holding elec
tions in said town, on the 11th day
of April 1914, to determine the ques
tion whether bonds shall be issued
by the said town of Roswell, as is au
thorized by the Act of the General
Assembly of Georgia, approved Au
gust the 14th, 1909. Authorizing the
Mayor and Council of the town of
Roswell to issue bonds for the puc
pose of erecting and equiping school
buildings in said town and for other
purposes. The amount of bonds to be
issued is ($8,000.00) Eight Thous
and Dollars, for the purpose of erect
ing and equiping school buildings in
said town, said bonds to bear intes
est not exceeding six per cent per an
num. Four ($400.60) Hundred Dol
lars of the principal of said bonds
is to be paid annually, all the ac
crued interest on the entire issue ol
gaid bonds is to be paid annually

and all the bonds and interest to
be fully paid off within twenty years
from their issue. The ballots cast at
said election shall contain the words
“For Bonds” or “Against Bonds’ as
is provided in said Act.
