The annual meetings at the Tab
ernacle n Cartersville begins on

the evangelist, Sam P. Jones, but :s
interdenominational, religious but
not sectarian.

Organ Recital at
Church on Sunday
On Sunday afternoon the Presby
terian Church was filled with in
terested listeners to the recital on
the new pipe organ by Mr. Georg
Hamrick, of Atlanta. :

vorite classics in operas and a song
‘“Like as a Father Pitieth His Chil
aren’ by Mrs. H. (. and Mrs. B,
P. Dobbs, Mr. Hemp and Mr. Woi
ley. Next were three selections by
Mr. Hamrick on the organ. Thea
“Calvary” was sung by Mr. Hemp,
then four selections on the organ
from Wagner closed the program.
The music was all beautiful and
mest of the selections were fami
liar to the many music-lovers in the
audience.
