Beulah E. Ledbetter, deceased, to sell
the land belonging to the estate of

the first Tuesday in September, 1915,
before the court house in said county
within the legal hours of sale to the
highest bidder, the following deserib

lying and being in the Eighteenth

county, Georgia, and more fully de
scribed as follows: Being all of

The ahove described property will
be sold subject to a deed held by Mrs.
Fannie E. Rosebor for the sum of

of paying said loan March 26th, 1916

By virtue of an order grantad by
the Court of Ordinary of said County
at the regular July term, 1915, I,
B. A. Oshorn as administrator of the
estate of J. M. Hunton, deceased, will
sell on the first Tuesday in Septem
ber, 1915, within the legal hours of
sale, before the Court House door in
the City of Marietta a certain bond
for title interest in lands hereinafter
described, belonging to the estate of
said deceaced, to-wit:
A tract or parcel of land lying and
being in the City of Marietta, Ga.,
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the intersection of
Maple and Powder Springs Streets
and running South along said Pow
der Springs St. a distance of 240 ft.
more or less, to a post corner; thence
West 980 feet, more or less, to Smith
line; thence North 280 feet, more or
less, to Maple Street; thence East
980 feet, more or less, to commenc
ing point, passing along Maple Street
said property having thereon a five
room house.
