By virtue of an order of the Court
of Ordinary will be sold before the
Court house door in said county, on
the first Tuesday in December, 1915,
during the legal hours of sale, parts
of lots of land numbers 23 and 24, in
the 20th District and 2nd Section in
said County, to-wit:-
The West half of the South half of
said lot twenty three; seventeen and
one-fourth acres of the East half of
the South half of said lot twenty
four; aiso all of the North half of lot
twentyfour, excepting about sixz and
one-fourth acres sold to J. T. John
son ard thirteen and one-third acres
belonging to D. C. Winn, and also ex
cepting the parts of said tract of land
heretofcre sold to Harrison Boring,
George Riding, and A. A. Green, res
pectively. Said entire tract to be
sold, known as the Ephraim Benja
man place, the same being seventy
three acres, mere or less, and being
bounded North by lands of J. H.
Johinson, East by lands of D. C. \ginn,
South by lands of Fred Lang and
‘West by lands of Jesse Riding. Said
land sold as the estate of Kphralm
Benjamin, deceased, for the purpose
of paying debts of said estate and
division among the heirs.
By consent of the administrator
of said estate and Richard Benjamin
and Oriando Awtrey's Sons, each of
whom held deeds to said land to se
cure debts, the absolute fee simple
title of said land will be sold by the
administrator at said sale, the hold
ers of said deed agreeing to look to
the proceeds of the sale upen which
to assert their respective liens. Terms
