Newt Morris’ camp is at John Bur
ton’s in Gritter District going around
the county northward, widening,
straightening and grading the public
roads.
Cliff Mayes’ camp is in Kennesaw
District just ready to move to McLand
District.
The repair gang is doing repair
work in different parts of the county.
The Bridge gang is camped at Aus
tell, building a large steel and con
crete bridge over Sweetwater Creek.
They have recently built two coa
crete and steel bridges in that vicin
‘ity making twenty-three steel and
concrete bridges they have built in
the county Dbesides three steel
