of Ordinary of said County, the un
dersigned as administrator of the
estate of William Hunt, deceased,
will sell at public outery, on the first
Tuesday in August, 1917, at and be
fore the court-house door in said
county, between the usual and legal
“hours of sale, the following real es
tate situated in the city of Marietta,
Cobb County, Georgia, to-wit:
One house and lot in the city of
Marietta knowr as No. 118 Locust
Street, fronting on Locust Street
Seventy (70) feet, and running back
along the south side of Moon Street
a distance of Ninety-two (92) feet;
Also one house and lot in the city
of Marietta, Ga., fronting One Hun
dred and Fifty (150) feet, more or
less, on Kennesaw Avenue and One
Hundred and Fifty (150) feet, more
or less, on Railroad Street, and run
ning back West Two Hundred and
Seventy-four (274) feet and six in
ches, more or less, to a wire fence.

of Marietta, Ga., known as No. 110
Locust Street, said lot fronting on
Locust Street Forty-five (45) feet,
and running back a uniform width

(69) feet and six inches wide in
the rear;

of Marietta, Ga., known as No. 107
Locust/ Street, fronting on Locust
Street Sixty-seven (67) feet, and
running back East a uniform width
a distance of One Hundred and
Twenty-five (125) feet and six
inches to a wire fence;
Also an undivided one-fifth inter
est in one house and lot in the city
of Marietta known as No. 101 Han
sell Street; said property fronting
on said Hansell Street One Hundred

estate situated in the city of Mari
etta, Cobb County, Georgia, to-wit:
One house and lot in the city of
Marietta known as No. 101 Hansell
Street; said property frenting on
said Hansell Street One Hundred and
Eighteen (118) feet, more or less,
and running back South a uniform
width of One Hundred and Eighteen
(118) feet to the property of Mrs.
Ida J. Weaver; said property extend
ing along Denmead Street on the
East a distance of One Hundred and
Two (102) feet, more or less, and
extending along Husk Street on the
West a distance of One Hundred and
Two (102) feet, more or less.
The interest to be sold by the
undersigned as administrator as a
foresaid is an undivided one-fifth in
terest in said property belonging to
the estate of said Sarah J. Hunt, de

GEORGIA, COBB COUNTY.
This cause coming on the be hed-d,
as per order of the Court, and the re
port of the Viewers having this day
been filed with this court, and having
been examined and found to be in
due, legal and proper form, and the
Viewers reporting to the Court, the
Court finds that the Drainage is prac
ticable; that it wil benefit the public
health, be conductive of the general
welfare of the community, and will
benefit the lands sought to be bene
fited.
WHEREFORE, It is ordered by
‘the Court that each individual land
owner show cause, if any they have,
on the 7Tth day of August, 1917, at
ten o’clock A. M., which day is here
;by fixed and appointed by the Coung
‘Tas being the day when the Court will
further hear, consider and pass upon
‘the report, why the proposed Drain
‘age District should not be estabiish
ed.
It is ordered that a copy of this
order be posted at the Court House
Door, and at five conspicuous places
within said proposed Drainage Dis
trict, and be published once a week
in the Marietta Journ2! and Courier,
a newspaper of general circulation
