up for sale, within the legal hours
for sale, and was bid in by H. B. Moss
for C. L. Chosewood. Said C. L.

been examined and found to be in

Court finds that the Drainage is prac
ticable; that it will benefit the public
health, be conductive of the general
welfare of the community, and will
benefit the lands sought to be bene—[
