on the 9th day of April, 1918, I will’
sell on the premises or dwelling house
of J. H. Bruce, deceased, located on‘
Polk Street, in the City of Marietta,
on the 20th day of April, 1918, with
in the legal hours of sale, to the high
est bidder for cash, the following de
scribed property, to-wit:
Two bay mules; one two-horse
wagari; one set of two-horse wagon
harness; two single plow stocks; and
single trees; two one-horse turners;
one two-horse turner; one gee-whiz
cultivator; two little Joe Harrows;
one section harrow; one Acme Har
row; eight scooter plows; one lot of
blacksmith tools; one syrup mill and
vat; abount one hundred and fifty
‘bushels of corn in the ear. About
ltwo tons of hay and fodder; one
single buggy: also lot of house-hold
!and kitchen furniture belonging to
' the deceased, J. H. Bruce.
| Said property sold as the property
of J. H. Bruce deceased, and sold for
lthe purpose of paying debts and dis
tribution among the heirs.
