By virtue of an order of the Court
of Ordinary of said County, and in
accordance with the Will of James E.
McEver late of said County, deceased,
will be sold before the Court House
door of the said County on the first
Tuesday in July 1918 during the legal
hours of sale the following real prop
erty to-wit: 87.87 acres on the West
side of lot of land No. 67, 66.16 acres
on the East side of lot of land No. 68,
and 49.12 of lot of land No. 47, said
entire tract being 203.15 acres as
shown by survey made by W. W. Me-
Culloch C. S. made May 8, 1917, said
tract known as the James E. McEver
farm and bounded as follows: Said
47 acres bounded North by W. & A.
Railroad; East by land of B. Rainey,
South by said lot No. 68, and West
by a line made by said surveyor run
ning from the Southwest corner of
said 47 acres to the Western and At
lantic Railroad, and parts of lots Nos.
67 and 68 bounded as follows: on the
