Benedict, of Pe oria, ill. and associates bought about 25,000 acres of land near Egypt, Ga„ j and the plant of the Toy Lumber j company. The lands are in Screven and Effingham counties. The lot is just across the street from the main plant of the Lombard Iron Works and Supply Co. The main boiier store room of the company, while very large, cannot hold the enormous stock of boilers, and this lot has been bought for the purpose of storing the boilers. The price paid for the lot was $5,050. MONTE SANO LOTS CHANGE RANDS The Monte Sano Co. has sold two lots on Monte Sano to Mrs. S. E. Car roll for $945. The lots are Nos. 15 and 16 in block No. 29. Games will be played today in eight cities of the two big circuits.
