Mrs R W Tindall
is Read.
j It is with t sympathies he deepest sorrow
and heartfelt that we
j chronicle the death of Mrs. K. W ■
Tindall, wife of our honored post
i master. Mrs. Tindall had been
ill health for several months until
Sunday morning, alrut 11 o’clock,
when her soul took its flight to the
God she loved.
While her death had been ex¬
pected for about a week before the
end came, it wne a severe shock to
her family and friends by whom
she was surrounded when Death
luid his cold and clammy hand
upon her brow and stole away her
breath. But ’twas God’s will that
she should go, for there was noth¬
ing in the wav of medical at¬
tention and nursing that could be
done that was not done to save her
life. She was faithfully attended
by Drs. Tuten, lJrawdy and Wilk¬
ins and all that medical skill
could do for her was done, and
she was tenderly nursed day and
night by her loving family and
sympathetic friends, but it seemed
that sho was destined to die.
She was a devoted wife and
mother and her family greatly
urns her.
Her funeral was preached from
the Methodist church by Rev. J.
W. Tinley, of which church she
was ever a faithful member. The
services were beautifuily conduct¬
ed, both by tier pastor, who said
so many tilings of comfort, to the
bereaved family, and the choir by
the sweet and appropriate music,
which did much to soothe the
troubled feelings of the fainily
and friends.
Her remains were laid to rest in
a vault in the Jesup cemetery,
while her soul winged its flight to
“that happy golden shore” to
meet tho loved ones who: have
gone before, and to await, arid'wel¬
come the sorrowing, anes who
remain amid the storms of-life.
To the bereaved and sad biio’?,
the News extends its heartfelt
sympathies.

God is so good and great to all,
To spare us after man did fall.
She walked by faith and not by sight,
And God directed her in the right.
