IN MEHORY OF LUCILE
WILKINS
Whose death occured the 2nd. oi
January 1900 It was a sad sad
hour as death entered the happy
home of Mr. and Mrs. J. H. Wil¬
kins and claimed the lovliest flow¬
er of this rno.-t interesting family,
causing them to pause though in
meek submission and wonder why
God in his infinite wisdom had
called their lovely Lucile From
them just as her life was begining
to unfold into a pure sweet Chris¬
tian womanhood, just as life seem
to promise so much to her, just as
she would have been of incalcul¬
able benefit ami pleasure to moth¬
er father and friends. She was
extremely lovely in character fea
and disposition. A perfect
lad.v under any and all circumstnn
ces. A model that should be im
i.tated in the upbuilding of noble
true Christian womanhood.
To know her was to love her.
An atmosphere of purity and ame
ableness that was as much a part

j 00 j. aru | see the very soul of
honor and integrity.
Wo wonder why others are
spared and she is taken, but we
know it is right. Gods decisions
are just and well timed and today
she is enjoying the first fruits of
heaven, a beautiful angel clothed
in the richest robes of glory, oc¬
cupying one of the highest seats
of honor, wearing the goldnc
crown of celestial life which God
the righteous judge, placed upon
her spotless brow, and from this
exalted seat she is beckoning us
to a high and better life an eternal
home of rest purity and love.
May Got! comfort and sustain
the sorrowing father and mother,
brothers and little sisters and help
them to follow her as she followed
her Savior and last after lifes toils
are over meet in that sunbright
clime where the wicked cease to
trouble and the weary are at rest.
