and for the purpose of securing
the debts referred to and recited

Wayne Count, Georgia, in Book
“G.” pages 486, 489 and 488; said
last named deed recorded in the
office of the Clerk of the Superior

And whereas, in said djeds said
Jesup Manufacturing Co., gave
said Jesup Banking Co., the pow¬
er to sell the said lands and other
property therein described ir: the
event of default in the pi ompt pay¬
ment at maturity of either princi¬
pal or interest of said debts. Now
therefore, by virtue of the power
so vested iu the undersigned, the
Jesup Banking Co., which is more
accurately shown by reference to
said deeds. The Jesup Banking
Co., will sell at public outcry, to
the highest bidder for cash on fhe
first Tuesday in June, 1909, be¬
tween the legal hours of sale, be¬
fore the court house door of Wayne
County Georgia, at Jesup, Geor¬
gia, all the following described
