MR. MEADOW\SPLATFORM.
A KKW Till NOS ADVOCATKU
My friends: Here follow a few
of the things, I think most needed:
An improvement in the present
public - school system, longer term
for children, better and prompter
pay for tsachets, better system of
rjad laws in our County: a rev
iaionuftmr present tax laws. I am
in favor of the strict prohibition
law, more rigidly enforced and I
further think that prior to the con¬
vening of the Legislature a Coun¬
ty Committee ought District to be: chosen
from each Militia in the
County in conjunction with the
representative, assemble at t he
Courthoese and there discuss and
plan for such laws ns they deem
proper for the people and I furth¬
er believe in a pension for all the
old soldiers and that in proportion
to their disability to do manual
labors.
C. S. Meadows.
