The Baptist church at Buchanan
met and elected T. S. Latham
moderator protem, W. R. Groce
clerk protem.
Then passed and adopted the
following resolutions:
Resolved Ist. We Dbelieve we
have been misled by our pastors,
which caused us to err and do
wrong. B
Resolved 2nd, We being but
few members, and owning no
house to hold our meetings in, we
deem it best for the cause of
Christ, ourselves, and all Chris
tians, to- disband our church at
Buchanan and attach ourselves to
some other church of the same
faith and order, hoping we will
be accepted and received by any
Missionary Baptist church with
out letters, as we feel ourselves
out of order and not qualified to
grant letters.
Rezolved 3rd. We request our
clerk to place these resolutions on
the minutes of our church book.
Then the present Baptist church
at Buchanan will be no more.
Resolved 4th. Weaunthorize and
request our clerk to write a letter
to the Association, informing that
body of what we have done, and
ask the members of the Associa

cuse and forgive us of all our
errors.
Resolved sth. We ask God to
forgive us of all our errors, and
bless us, is our prayer,
Resolved 6th. We respectfully
ask the editor of the Banner to
publish these resolutions.

Tros. S. LataaM,
Moderator protem.
W. R. Grocg, Clerk protem.
Queen Victoria has a remark
ably fine head of hair, for a lady
of her age; but her son, the Prince
of Wales, is quite bald. Had he
used Ayer’s Hair Vigor earlier in
life, his head might, to-day, have
been as well covered as that of his
royal mother. It's not too late yet.
