A number of new enterprises will be started soon, and the prospects are that the present boom will be on a solid basis. In company with our popular sheriff, we had a pleasamt trip to waco and Bre men. At waco we found the business men all in good spirits and doing good business. It is astonish ing how this town has grown and is still growing. The saw mills, planing mills, lathe mills, and shingle mills about there are all doing a big business, and every body and everything are kept moving.
