We recommend that, the pay of the Jurors and Bailiffs remain as heretofore two dollars per day. The report on the mads are long and exhaustive. As a whole the roads are in a fairly good condi tion, but many need work. We wish to call special atten tion to the Iron Bridges in Rome. We are informed tnat they need leveling and tightening up’.And we would ask that the Electric Car Company be required to fix their tracks across the bridges by put ting down and keeping in repairs, such timber as will enable wagons and other vehicles to cross their rails without the risk of injuring them. In their present condition, vehicles are frequently being damaged by their being neglected, and we ask that the Board of Com missioners have this matter at tended to immediately. The report on the books of the county officers is complete, and shows them all to be kept in first class shape. They recommended that $5,000 worth of bonds be issued. The Grand Jury recommended that the full report be published in the two daily papers in Rome, but the Judge would not grant the request. mi I nDcamjip I HLL VI A.IIIHU.
