Georgia, Floyd County: Whereas William R Reese, on the first day October, 1891, execut ed and delivered to The Georgia Loan and Trust Company, a deed under Sections 1969, 1970 and 1971 of the Code of Georgia of 1882 'o he lands hereinafter described, for she purpose of securing a debt refer red to in said deed which is deed re corded in the clerks office of Floyd Superior Court in book “S .S ” of deeds page 180, and whereas in said deed the said William R. Reece gave to said company the power to sell said lands in case of default in the prompt payment at maturi ty of interest or principal of the notes to secure which said deed was given. The said deed first above men tioned was executed and delivered to secure the payment of a certain promisory note for the sum of five hundred dollars, and the interest coupons attached thereto, said notes dated the first day of October 1891, and the principal note bear ing interest at the rate of eight cents per annum, and obligating the said Reece to pay ten per cent as attorney fees should said note be placed in the hands of an attor ney at law for collection . The said W R. made de fault on the first day of October, 1894, in the payment of the cou pon that day due; and again made default on the first day of April. 1895, in the payment of the coupons that day due: and again on the first day of October, 1895, made default iu the coupons that day due; and said debt thereby matured. There will be due on said debt on s he first Tuesday in Feb ruary. 1896, six hundred and thir ty-two and 97 cents ($63’2 .97) dol lars. Fee simple title# will be made to the purchaser of said sale, and the proceeds of such sale wdl be applied first to the payment of said debt with interest, attorneys fees rad expenses.of this proceed ing, and the remainder, if any, will be paid over to said W.
