M. Henry requests the Hustler of Rome, to state to those interested, that he will meet the Rome bar at 9 a. m. Saturday and set cases to lie heard for the third week of this term of court. Also, on next week only ciiminal business will be disposed of, and, for that week Judge Tom Millner will hold court for Judge Henry. Judge Henryfound this neccessary on account of so many cases in which he is disqualified as Judge. Judge Henry will hold court fir Judge Millner next week .
