Tampa, Fla., Feb. 4.—Dr. Wi - liam Danneill and Herr Arthur Thielbeim, of Hamburg, who have b?en touring the world as corres pondents of leading German jour nals since the Ist of April, 1895, huve arrived hers from Havana, which place they left last Satur day.
