A highlight of the meeting was
the Welcome Address by "Dr. A.
D. Beittel, newly inaugurated
President of Talladega College.
Addresses by John H. Calhoun of
‘Atlanta, the First Vice Grand
Basileus, and by Dexter D. Eure.
undergraduate of West Virginia
State College and Second Vice
Grand Basileus, featured the clos
ed meetings in the .Art Room of
Savery Library. The principal
speaker for the public meeting on
Sundags morning in DeForest
Chapel was Dr. Robert C. Hatch
of the Sigma Phi Chapter, Mont
gomery, and Supervisor of Negro
Education for the State of Ala
bama. Dr. Hatch’s subject was
“Some Desirable Technigue in Hu
man Relations.”

in their efforts to make the stay
of the Omega men on their cam
