EIGHT REMINDERS
I—Don’t pull your hair too tight
when putting it up on rollers, this
will break strands of hair.
2—Don’t put perfumes directly
on furs—this may stain.
3—Beware of charm bracelets,
don’t wear them to business or
other types of jobs or in the class
room constantly. Its jangling may
disturb your neighbors.
4—Never wear jewelry mounted
in gold simultaneously with jewel
ry mounted in platinum, silver or
white metal. Let it be one or the
other for harmony’s sake.
s—Wearers of eyeglasses, keep
your earrings on the small side;
otherwise there is too much “dec
oration” on the face.
6—Don’t wear your corsage up
side down. Flowers grow with
their blossoms looking up. Cor
sages should be worn that way.
7—Face the world with a pleas
ant expression and you are well on
the way to being regarded as a
beauty.
B—Go out of your way to be
kind and gracious to others; re
member birthdays with a card,
visit a sick person; send a note
to a lonely friend.
