Trade for the past Week baa been vefjr good. Our
streets have been crowded with wagons and planters
from the country. Tli-re has been a good demand for
goods in all lines of trade, though business generally
has been more of a retail character than wholesale.
Bacon is firm under a good demand. Large sales
have been made. We quote Clear Sides, 18 18)4 :
O R Sides, IS : Shoulders, 15 @ 15)4.
Baqgino and Rope.—Stocks are ample, but tiade in
this article is rather quiet. Trices in favor of buyers.
Corn—Scarce an 1 demand light. We quote white,
1 20 ; mixed, 1 15.
Salt.—Demand good in the retail line. I.arge
stocks in navannah, with the arrival of several eur
foes there has caused prices to decline. We quote
liverpool at 2 20 (2 2 25.
Tobaoco -A good demand and light receipts havo
reduced the stock of Tobacco considerably. No change
in prices as yet, though sellers anticipate au advance
soon.
Domestic Goods—The demand is good in propor
tion to other branches of trade. We find no change
in quotations.
Below we present the report of the Board of Trade.

This elegant combination possesses Sa'-fhc b-t
Tonic properties of Peruvian Bark and Iron, wdihofiff

nothing can well take its place.
