Present: Samuel Levy, Ordinary,
in pursuance to instruction Iroin the Execu
tive Department, and in accordance with the
Law, notice is hereby given that an Election
will be held in the County of Richmond on the
FIRST SATURDAY in JANUARY, 1871, for
