fice, (if any they have) why said John H. John
son and William H. Ferguson, Administrators
aforesaid, should not execute titles to said lot of
land in conformity with said bond.

to the Court, by the petition of John Alox
der, that Henry F. Jelfries, of said county, de
ceased, did. in liis life time, execute to said Alex
exander. his bond conditional, to execute titles in i
‘.fee simple to said Alexander, for a lot of land in
‘the city of Atlanta, and county of Fulton, con
taining one-half acre, more or less, and known
and designated in the plan of said city, as the
south half of lot No. nine, and bounded as fol
lows, viz : west by McDonough street, south by
lot No. eleven, owned and occupied by Robt. M.
Clarke, East by lot No. ten. and north by the !
other half of said lot. being a portion of lot of j
land No. fifty-three, in the fourteenth District of;
originally Tlenry, now Fulton county. And it
'further appearing, that said Henry F. Jeffries de
parted this life, without executing titles to said
lot of land, or in any way providing therefor.
And it further appearing, that said Alexander
has paid the full amount of the purchase price ot
said lot of land, and he having petitioned this
•'Court to direct Thomas Moore, Administrator up
on the estate of the said Henry F. Jeffries, de
ceased, to execute to him, titles to said lot of
Hand, iu conformity with said bond.
