favor of Wm. Thurman, vs. Hiram R. DeLay.

the city of Atlanta, situate on Collins street
containing half acre, more or less, and being a
part of land lot, number fifty-two. in the 14th
District of originally Henry now Fulton county.
Levied on as the property of Thomas Ralph to
satisfy a fi fa issued by the tax collector of Ful
ton County vs. Thomas Ralph for his State and
Count tax for the year 1855. Levy made and
returned by a Constable.
Also, that part of city lot of land, number
one hundred and fifty-two, in the city of Atlan
ta. owned by William W. Grubb, situate on Cain
street, containing one-fourth of an acre more or
Ices. Levied on as the property of William W.
Grubb to satisfy a fi fix issued by the tax col
lector, of Fulton county, vs. W. AY. Grubb, for

Clayton now lives, fronting Pet rs Street, being
