rF'HOMAS KENNEDY, Printer by trade,
I recently robbed my bar ot change to the
amount of fifteen or twenty Dollars, and though
caught in the act, succeeded in making his escape
with the money, owing to the timidity of a man
in whose custody I intrusted h.tn, until I could
procure his arrest. Said ’vonnody was former
ly of Charleston, S. Carolina, i-s dark complected,
slight made, and about 5 feet 6 inches high; and is
genteel in appearance. My object in publishing
this notice is to put the public on tho'r guard, us
there is good reason to suspect he has been con
cerned in severe 1 acts of rascality which have re
_ cently been perpetrated in this city.
