Thomas Kennedy, Printer by trade,
recently robbed my bar ol change to the
amount of fifteen or twenty Dollars, and though
caught ia the act, succeeded in making his escape
with the money, owing to the timidity of a man
in whose custody 1 intrusted him. until 1 could
procure his arrest. Said Kennedy wa t former
ly of Charleston, S. Carolina, is dark complected,
slight made, and about 5 feel 6 inches high; and is
genteel in appearance. My object in publishing
t his notice is to put the public on ths r guard, as
there is good reason to suspect lie lias been con
cerned in several acts of rascality which have re
cently boon perpetrated in this city,
