J. D. Sparks has already awarded

finished and will be ready for occu
and Richmond street. The plans have
been drawn for the three residences
and the work will begin within a few
days. Other property owners, see
ing the necessity and great demand
for neat residences, have also decided
to build, several contracts having al
ready been awarded. There is a great
demand here for good residences, and
it will take many more besides the'
ones soon to be constructed to acorn .
