Under and by virtue of authority
and Dover of sale contained in that
certain deed to secure debt, datel
December 6th. 1904. in favor of the
undersigned, from Mary T. Johnson
Laurence Johnson, as trustee for
nis said wife, Mary T. Johnso i
and his children by her born and to
be bom. Said deed to secure debt be
ing recorded in Book 12, page 489, ei
seq., of the records of said county,
reference thereto being had for all
purposes. There will be sold before
the door of the court house of said
county in Brunswick, Georgia, on the
first Tuesday in November. 1906. to
the highest and best bidder for cast)
all that certain described real estate,
to-wit: All of that certain tract, lot
or parcel of land, situate, lying and
being in said county and state, and in
the 26th district Georgia militia of
said county, containing four and elgnt
tenths (4 8-10) acres, more or less,
and bounded on the east by the Bouli
vard. leading from Brunswick around
tne marsh out towards old Toni
Lamb’s place; and being identified on
a map or plan made 'bv E. A. Pennl
man of a sub-dlvlsion of the Demero
Hammock tract, recorded in Book OO
of the general records of said Glynn
County, Georgia, by number as lot
number two (No. 2) and being the
same tract of land upon which the
parties of the first part now reside,
and having originally been conveyed
by- Geo H. Plant to said Laurence
Johnson by deed of date, July 25tn,"
1899. record of which deed is found
in Book SS of the General Records
of said county, folio 798. reference co
which said deed and map is here made
and had for all purposes; for the pur
poses of satisfying the indebtedness
to the undersigned, ana secured D,'
said deed to secure debt, amounting t >
the sum of four hundred and eight an
27-100 ($408.27) dollars, principal, De
sides interest, taxes, insurance prem
iums and costs of this proceeding, as
provided for in said deed to secure
debt. Purchaser pays for title.

of the undersigned, from Gilbert Wil
liams, trustee of and for his wife,
Sarah Williams and his minor chil
dren. Anna Williams, Dessa Williams
and Kathalina Williams, said mort
gage being recorded in book volume
12. folio 328 of the General Record-:
of Glynn county, Georgia, the under
signed will, on the first Tuesday In
November, 1906, put up and expose
for sale all of the following described
mortgaged property, towit:
All that certain lot, tract or parcel
of land, situate, lying and being in
the county of Glynn and State of
Georgia, and in the city of Brunswick
therein and in that part of said city
known of Old Town, known, number
ed. and distinguished as follows; that
is to say: the northern one-sixth (1-6)
of Old Town lot number three hun
dred and forty-eight (348), said one
sixth of said lot containing forty-five
(45) by ninety (90 feet and being
bounded on the north by Hillsboro
square ninety (90) feet, east by Car
penter street, south by the balance of
said lot and west by Norwich street,
together with all the improvements
thereon.
Said sale is made for the purpose
of satisfying the indebtedness Qf the
said mortgagor to the undersigned as
secured by said mortgage, amounting
to a balance of $201.25, principal, De
sides interest, and costs of this pro
ceeding.
Terms of sale cash. Purchaser pays
for titles.
