the highest and best bidder for casn
all that certaiu described :eal estate,
to-wit: All of that certain tract, lot
or parcel of land, situate, lying and
being in said county and state, and in
the 26th district Georgia militia ot
said county, containing tour aud eignt
tenths (4 8-10) acres, more or less,
and bounded on the east by the Boule
vard. leading from Brunswick around
tne marsh out towards old Toni
lamb’s place; and being identified on
a map or plan made 'by E. A. Penni
man of a sub-division of the Demero
Hammock tract, recorded in Book uu
of the general records of said Glynn
County, Georgia, by number as lot
number two (No. 2) and being the
same tract of land upon which the
parties of the first part tiow reside,
aud having originally been conveyed
by Geo H. Plant to said Laurence
Johnson by deed of date, July 25tn,
1899. record of which deed is found
in Book SS of the General Records
of said county, folio 798. reference to
which said deed aDd map is- here made
and had for all purposes; for the pur
poses of satisfying the indebtedness
to the undersigned, ana secured b/
said deed to secure debt, amounting t >
the sum of four hundred and eight an
27-100 ($408.27) dollars, principal, De
sides interest, taxes, insurance prem
iums and costs of this proceeding, as
provided for in said deed to secure
uebt. Purchaser pays for title.

gage, dated August 15, 1904, in fav
of the undersigned, from Gilbert Wil
liams, trustee of and for his wife.
Sarah Williams and his minor chil
dren. Anna Williams, Dessa Williams
and Katbalina Williams, said mort
gage being recorded in book volume
12. folio 328 of the General Records
of Glynn county, Georgia, the under
signed will, on the first Tuesday in
November, 1906, put up and expose
tor sale all of the following describee
mortgaged property, to wit:
All that certain lot, tract or parcel
of land, situate, lying and being in
the county of Glynn and State of
Georgia, and in the city of Bruuswic':
therein and in that part of said city
known of Old Town, known, number
ed, and distinguished as follows; that
is to say: the northern one-sixth (1-6)
of Old Town lot number three hun
dred and forty-eight (345), said ono
sixth of said lot containing forty-five
(45) by ninety (90 feet and being
bounded on the north by Hillsbor .
square ninety (90) feet, east by Car
penter street, south by the balance of
said lot and west by Norwich street,
together with all the improvements
thereon.
Said sale is made for the purpose
of satisfying the indebtedness of the
said mortgagor to the undersigned as
secured by said mortgage, amounting
to a balance of $201.25, principal, be
sides interest, and costs of this pro
ceeding.

CHARTER.

We, H. W. Gale, J. J. Lott, W. li.
Wood, Chas. F. Browne, T. Newman
and J. J. Vickers, all of the County
of Glynn, State of Georgia, applicants
as incorporators under an Act of the
General Assembly of Georgia, ap
proved December 20, 1893, entitled
"An Act to carry into effect paragraph
eighteen of Section seven of Article
three of the Constitution of 1877, ns
amended, in relation to chartering oi
banks, to provide for the incorporation
of banking companies by the Secretary
of State, and for oilier purposes,
make this our declaration, praying
that we be incorporated as a lion;,
corporate aud politic for the purpose
of doing j general banking business,
with all the lights, powers, privileges
aud restrictions of said act, uuder ami
by the name and style of Glynn
County Bank, and that the principi*
office of said company shall be locates
in the city of BrunswicK, County ot
Glynn and State of Georgia, with a
capital of seventy-five thousand dc.-
lars ($75,:H’0.1)0), divided into shares
of one hundred dollars ($190.00) each,
aud that the sum of seventy-five
thousand .'ollars ($75,000) of the capi
tal subscribed has actually been pain
by tile subscribers aud that the same
is in fact held, and is to be used
solely for the business aud purposes
of tlie corporation.
The fee of fifty ($50.00) dollars is
herewith enclosed as fee for charter
or certificate of incorporation as re
quired by said act.
