shoemaker, yesterday filed a suit in

against his wife. The couple was

A repertoire company will occupy

Referee Max Isaac transacted a
few matters in the bankruptcy court
yesterday morning. The assets of
E. D. Uit.ch and Son, of Nicholls,
were ordered sold by the trustee at
that place on November 23. One or
two other sn ail matters were han

Acamfling to telegrams sent out
York, the steamer Satilla
of the Brunswick Steamship Com
pany, sailed from New York for this
lort yesterday with a miscellaneous
cargo.
As this is the maiden trip of the
steamier it is lot .known exactly
when she will rea.h port, but it. is
more than likely that she will come
in some time Friday or Saturday
morning. Sho will land at the A..
R. and A. terminer., wherct tne
cargo of freight will be discharged.
The steamer will then shift to the i
wharves of the Southern Tie and i
Timber Company, where she will
take on a cargo of erosstie-s for the;
return trip.
The schedule of the Satilla has |
not yet been announced, but it is J
understood that she will make trips j
as often as possible until another J
ship is put on the run, which will!
be in the course of a few weeks.
