year from Its date, and bearing In
terest from its date until paid at the
rate of eight per cent, per annual,
said note containing a provision that
attorneys fees should be paid thereon
in the event it should fall due and
should be placed In the hands of an
attorney at law for collection. Said
note Is now due and unpaid, both
principal and interest. Said proper
ty will be sold for the purpose of pay
ing said note, principal, Interest, etc .
and for paying any other sums paid
out by said Mrs. Julia F. Baumgart

That they desire for themselves,
