Card From Mr. Kent.'
To the people of Wheeler county:
I ordered the election for bonds
becouse I was petitioned to do
so. I am not interested as to
whether you voje for bonds or
not, but if you turn down bonds
it will be my duty to levy the
tax to build the court house and
jail and I am going to do it.
Your Grand Jury has recommen
ded that the Court House and
Jail be built as soon as practi
cable and I am acting upon that
recommendation.
Yours very sincerely,
Wm. B. KENT,
