ruary 11, 1929 consolidated with the
Union Trust Company of Chicago
under the name of the First Trust ami
Savings Bank of Chicago and did on
May 7, 1929 change its name to First
Union Trust and Savings Bank as
evidenced by certificate of authoriza
tion to change name, dated the 2ml
day of May, 1929 and recorded in the
