ADMINISTRATOR’S SALE.
GEORGlA—Wheeler County.
There will be sold before the court
house door of said county within the
legal hours of sale to the highest
bidder for cash, on the first Tuesday
! in February, 1941, the following des
‘ cribed property, to-wit:
21.6 acres, more or less, of lot o^
land No. 280 in ihe sixth land district
of Wheeler County, Georgia, being
known as the Daniel Morrison old
place and particularly described in a
deed from J. E. Reynolds to A. P.
! Stone recorded in the clerk’s office of
I Wheeler county, Georgia, in book 2
page 31;
Also 21.6 acres ofs aid lot No. 28
in the sixth land district of wheeler
county, Georgia, known as a part of
the Daniel Morrison old place and
more particularly described in a deed
made by S. P. Reynolds to A.P.Stone
and recorded in the office of the clerk
of Montgomery county, Georgia, in
book 15, page 196;
Also 138.56 acres of lot of land No
197 in the eleventh land district of
Wheeler county, Georgia, the same
lying east of Peterson creek and
formerly bounded as follows: North
westby E. Y. Baldwin, northeast by
i tv. c. Browning estate lands, south
east by Peter Galbraith, southwest by
Peterson creek and lands of J. L.
Morrison.
Also the northwest half of lot of
land No. 224 in the eleventh land
district of Wheeler county, Georgia,
containing 1011-4 acres, more or less

of land in the town of Glenwood,said

1,2, 3,4, 5,6, 7 and Bin block 25,said
| lots having a frontage of 50 feet each
and extending back 190 feet to an

and known as lot No. 14 and a strip
6 1-2 feet wide carved from the east

1100 feet, and a strip 18 1-2 feet wide
carved from the west side of lot No.
13 running back 150 feet, the same
being more particularly described in
deed made by W. C. Browning to A.
P. Stone and recorded in the office of
the clerk of Montgomery superior
court in Book 7, page 118.
Said property will be sold by the
undersigned as property of the estate
of A. P. Stone, late of said county
deceased, under an order granted by
the court of ordinary of Wheeler
county, Georgia, for the purpose of
paying debts of said estate and
distribution among ths heirs.

of a loan secured by deed to secure
debt executed by Real Estate Loan
Company (a Georgia Corporation)
to Atlantic Life Insurance Company,
dated the first day of November, 1923,
and recorded in the office of the clerk
of tbe superior court of said Wheeler
connty in deed book 5, pages 432, 433
and 435, the undersigned has declared
the full unpaid amount of the indebt
edness referred to due and payable>
and, acting under the power sale
contained in said deed, for the pur.
pose of paying said indebtedness,
will on the first Tuesday in February
1941, during the legal hours of sale,
before the court house door in said
county, sell at public outcry to the
highest bidder for cash the lands
described in said deed, to-wit:
All that lot or parcel of land situ
ate. lying and being in the eleventh
(11th) District of originally Wilkin
son, then Montgomery, now Wheeler
county, Georgia, known and disting,
uished in the plan of said district as
all of lot of land No. 209, containing
2C2 1-2 acres, more or less, and being
the same property as that conveyed
to said Real Estate Loan Company,
by said Atlantic Life Insurance Com
pany by deed recorded contempora
neously with said deed to secure debt
The uudersigned will execute a
deed to the purchaser as authorized
by the aforementioned deed to secure
debt.
