Thompson to the undersigned, the under signed will on the 14th day of May, 1932, within the legal hours of sale and before the' courthouse door in Gibson, Glascock County, Georgia, sell to the highest bid der for cash all of that tract or parcel of land in Glascock coun ty, Georgia, in the 1168th Dis trict G. M. containing one hun dred and fifty-two and three fourths acres, more or less, and being on lot No. 4' of the division of the estate of J. C. English de ceased, and hounded North by land of W. A. English and of J. L. Usry, and of Calvin Chalker estate; East by the Warrenton and Louisville Public road; South by land of W. T. Kitchens and West by land of A. H. Hooks and of W. T. Kitchens. Said tract of land was on the 13th day of February, 1924, conveyed by F. F. Thompson to the under signed as security for a promis sory note of $1000.00 and the undersigned was, in said deed, authorized to sell said land as above set out for llie payment of said note upon default of F. F. Thompson in paying the note and the interest thereon, and i the said Thompson did default and slaid land will be sold for the purpose of paying note, with all accrued thereon and the taxes on the same, and the expense of this proceeding, and the balance Ihe purchase price, if any, will be paid to F.
