under the Constitution, changing the
Department of Foreign Affairs to De
partment of State. The office of at

Department of Commerce (and Labor),

old Gene Smith, that he didn’t even
know when he had it. There was a
slight soreness, so Gene’s parents took
him to a doctor. An X-ray showed a
fracture of two vertebra. The boy
had attended school for a week. He
was unable to explain the break.
