U. S. COURT CALLED
DICTATORSHIP CHECK
COLUMBUS, Ohio, April 4 (TP)
—Publisher Frank E. Gannett pic
tured the Supremt Court as the
nation’s salvation from dictatorship
today as he took the stump for
Borah of Idaho.
The Rochester publisher said:
“The Supreme Court prevented us
from having a dictatorship. If the
N. R. A. and A. A. A. had been sus
tained the government would not
only tell us how many hours we
could work and how much we could
produce and grow, but ultimately
what we should eat and wear.”
