CONGRATULATIONS BRYAN COUNTY COMMISSI
SHUMAM-OWENS SUPPLY CO.
The,Bryan County Commissioners are proud of the additions
that have been made to the Courthouse and of the reno
vations to the Health Department and Courtroom. They
wish to show you, who are paying the bill, all that has
been accomplished.
• We were previously paying the rent on the County
Agent's Office and the ASCS Office which are now
housed in the new Courthouse Annex.
• The Department of Family and Children's Services was
in need of additional office space which has been
provided in the new Annex.
• The Department of Public Health, which was in very
bad need of repair, has been improved to Hie extent
that one would hardly recognize it as the old clinic.
• Improvements in the Courtroom include a new ceiling,
new lighting, seats refinished, a complete paint job,
and the installation of carpeting and venetion blinds.
• The new Annex housing the Family and Children's
Services Department made available additional space
in the courthouse needed by the Board of Education
and the Selective Service Board. The new County Com
missioners Room located in the Annex gave additional
space for the tax assessors office.
The Bryan Commissioners are sure you will be pleased and
surprised when you see the new additions and renovated
sections. We are looking forward to seeing you on Sun
day at the Open House.
