The Pelha Journal. VOL. 6. NO. 47. Are You an Independent American Citizen ? During the coming Presidential Campaign, you will read a thousand appeals to the “Independent Citizens of the United States”. You may have needed money in the past when you had no way of getting it—you don’t want this to happen again. Or if you have never been so unfortunate, don’t let yourself get Don’t in this shape.
