IT appearing to the Court by the petition
oPWilliam P. Rogers, that Wi Its <!<>r
ham, of said county, deceased, did-in his
lifetime execute ‘o said William P Rogers
his hood condition to execute iitles in fee
simple, to said Wil iam P. Rogers, to lots of
land -Nos. one hundre i and thirty and one
hundred and thirty one, in th- twentieth
district of originally Muscogee, now Harris
county —and it further appearing that said
Willis Gorham departed this life wi'hout
executing titles to said land, or in any way
providing therefor-and it appearing that
said William P. Rogers has paid nearly all
the purchase price of said lots of land, and
is ready to pay the balance—and the said
William P. Rog ers having petitioued this
Court to direct John Murphy, executor of
the estate of the said Willis Gorham, and -c’d,
to execute him titles to said lots of land, in
conformity with said bond. It is, therefore,
hereby ordered that notice lie given at three
or more public places in said county, and in
the Organ, a public gazette of this State, of
such application, that all persons concerned
mav file their objections in the Ordinary's
office, if any hey have, Why said John
Alnrphy, executor as aforesaid, should not
make titles to said lots of land, in conformi
ty with said bond.

worth forty dollars.
The owner of said estray is required to
coine forward, prove property, pay charg-es
and take said horse away, or he will be
dealt with as the Law directs.

bond conditioned to execute titles in fee sim
ple, to said Phillip E. Richardson, to lots of

west half of lot No. one hundred and fifteen-,
in the 19th dist'ict **f originally MusCogee,
now Harris coauty—and i. further appear
iiig that said Stephen Hanks departed this
life without executing titles to said land, or

pearing that said Phillip E. Richardson has

lance—and the said Phillip E. Richardson
having petioned this Court to direct Stephen
L. Hanks administrator of the estate of the
said Stephen Hanks deceased, to execute
him titles to said lots of land, in conformity
