libelled for seamans’ wages la tbe
United State* oonrt in Savannßh Wed
nesday. Tbe libellants are Boatswain
Miguel Felipe and eight abls seamen
of the crew.
Miguel, the boatswain, has not been
paid for seven months and olai ms the

other libellants, able seamen, are due
their wages for four months and

The whole amount claimed is (553.
According to the allegations of tbe
libel, tbe Pablo baa bad shard time

with a cargo some time sines, but had
tcarcely crossed tbe bar when she was
found to be in a leaky condition and
had to put baok to pop. A second
ime she secured* a oargo and started
on the outward voyage, and again she
developed a leak and put baek. It is
recited thafsbe is now again ready to

seamen for tbrir wages is settled.
Dcpu'j Marshal Chirle* J. White
