The funeral of Mr. f'urtis Higgin
botham oocurred yesterday morning
at 11 o’clock, and tbe ioterrment was
at the Taylor Chapel cemetery. A

FUNERAL YESTEttDAY.
The remains of Mrs. H. M, S’afford
were gently laid to rest in Palmetto
Cemetery yesterday afternoon, and a
large number of friends of ibis good
lady attended tbe funeral. Rev. Percy
M. Eubanks of tbe St. Jades Epieeipa
church, conducted the service.
