with the Confederate reunion commit
tee I ', making Anal preparations for the
approaohtng reunion of the Georgia
division of the United Confederate
Veterans in thia city, November 14th,
15th and 16 h. General Evans says
that, be has never known more admir-
able preparations than those being
made for the reception of the large
number of veterans and their friends
who win throng Augnsta during re
union week. Any survivor may feel
assured, be rays, that the utmost at
tention which the hospitality of this
oity can secure will be afforded him.
General Evans also says that this will
be the most not,be reunion yet held in
Georgia. At today’s conference it waa
deoided ‘hat five horses be allotted to
eteh brigade for the parade during the
reunion. The parade, it was deoided,
should be on Thursday, and the line of
march will be: Assemble at corner of
Greene and Jaokson streets, at 3 p. m.,
and move down the north side of
Greene to Center, out Center to Broad,
up north side of Broad to Marbnry, out
Marbnry to Greene, down north side
of GreeflWWWfSPton out to Broad,
passing reviewing s'and on which will
be the governor and staff.
