today vetoed the Wright dispinstry
bill, say inf that it was a delusion and
a snare and not iatended to promote
prohibition.
The Wright dDpeniary hill was in
trodnoed by Hon. Soaborn Wriglr, one
of the most ardent prohibitionists in
Georgia, It passed the house after a
spirited contest and tbs senate gave it
its indorsement after some exoiting de
bars.

At an enthusiastio meeting of tbe
Brunswick Riflemen at their armory
last night Lieutenant L. A. Robinson
was unanimously nominated for tbe
oapiaincy of tbe oompany, The meet,
ing waeoalled for the parpoee of mak
ing tbe nomination and wae well at
tended, there being thirty-two mem
bers of the oompany present.
A committee was appointed to notify
Lieutenant Robinson of bis nomina
tion, which wag done, and be signified
