County court convened this mojn }
ing at 10 o’clock, Judge A. J. Cro
vatt presiding.
There was a full attendance of the
bar and ifuite a number of spectators
to witness the proceedings.
The first cate called was that of
E. Brieseniek & Son, vs. A. IL Baker;
action on account. The amount em j
braced in the suit was $59, which J
’ amount the defendant said he hAd I
already paid. After hearing the evi- I
dence and argument, the court
granted a judgment for the plaintiff.
A recess was then taken until 2
p. m., when the legal mill continued ,
